How the metrics work
What is a protected agent?
A protected agent is an agent you register in Vulnify. The plan’s agent limit is how many you can create. Creating another one past that limit is refused. That limit is separate from the monthly event quota.
What counts as a decision?
A decision is one evaluated event: a check that returns ALLOW, REVIEW, or BLOCK. Each one counts toward the monthly event quota on the plan. Events sent with a TEST key stay in the sandbox and are not counted.
What happens past the quota?
There is no overage charge. Event quotas are soft: the decision is still made, and the app warns as usage reaches the plan. The agent limit is not soft. You cannot create agents past the number on the plan.
Enterprise is not a checkout.
The same decision engine. Limits, retention, and the contract are a conversation.
