Founder offer — rules

  • Who: the first 100 real accounts on Vulnify. A real account is an organization that is not a demo or sandbox and has at least one member who is not a Vulnify internal, test or associate address. Accounts are counted in the order they were created, including accounts created before this offer was announced. The counter on this page shows how many of the 100 remain; when none remain, the offer ends.
  • What: the Team plan, free, for 6 months, within the Team limits shown on the pricing page. The 6 months start when you create your account and organization, and end on the same day 6 months later (UTC). Accounts among the first 100 created before the announcement get Team for the part of their 6 months (counted from their signup) that is still left.
  • No card, no charge: we don't ask for a card and don't create a subscription. Nothing is charged during the offer or when it ends.
  • One per organization: the offer applies to the organization created at signup. It can't be transferred, exchanged for money or credit, or combined with other offers.
  • Reminders: we show a notice in the app 14 days and 3 days before the end, and email the organization's owners at the same points (you can unsubscribe from the emails; the in-app notice stays).
  • If you subscribe during the offer: the free period ends when your subscription starts. The subscription is billed at the regular price from that day, with no credit for unused free months.
  • At the end: the organization goes back to the free Developer plan automatically. Data retention stays at 30 days, so no history is lost because of the change. Developer limits apply from that moment: agents above 2 aren't deleted and keep working, but you can't add new ones until you're at 2 or fewer; Developer's monthly event and review limits apply. To keep Team, subscribe at any time at the regular price.
  • Abuse: Vulnify may refuse or end the offer for an organization created to get around these rules, such as fake, automated or duplicate signups. The organization then goes back to Developer, and Vulnify tells the owners the reason by email and in the app.
  • Changes: organizations that got the offer keep it for their full 6 months.
